8 cups sliced fresh peaches or apples. (Can mix in blueberries, too)
1 cup AP Flour
1 cup oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 t cinnamon (or to taste)
1 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º.
Mix all solids. Cut in butter. set aside.
Arrange fruit slices in 13 x 9 in pan. If fruit is really juicy add a bit of flour mixed with sugar to thicken.

Sprinkle and press topping onto slices. Put in oven until lightly browned about 40 minutes.
