5 T Butter
1 t Red Pepper Flakes
3/4 cup Vodka
16 oz. Tomato Puree
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 lb cooked Penne Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Butter and red pepper flakes in saute pan until foaming subsides, carefully add vodka, turning the heat down if needed. Careful it can ignite. Don't pour from the bottle...
Cook pasta in salted boiling water, about 11 minutes.
Evaporate the vodka for about 10 minutes.

Add Puree and stir. Heat for about 10 minutes.

Add Heavy Cream. Heat to boiling.
Toss over hot pasta and mix in Parmesan cheese. Eat immediately.
