1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 stick margarine, melted
4 eggs lightly beaten
1 8-1/2 oz box corn muffin mix
1 8-oz small curd cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broccoli, onion, margarine, eggs and cornbread mix. Mix well. Lightly stir in cottage cheese, pour into greased 9"x13" casserole. Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 min. Remove from oven and brush top with margarine or butter. Makes 12 squares and is just as good warmed the next day.
