1 cup sliced cabbage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
¾ cup chopped potato
¾ cup macaroni, slightly cooked and drained
1 small frozen bag mixed vegetables which includes lima beans
1 large can stewed tomatoes, mashed
3 cubes of Knorr’s beef bouillon
2 lbs of roast (chuck, sirloin, etc.)
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beef w/water, bouillon and onions, and cook until tender. Take out of broth, take off any excess fat and cube, put back into boiling broth and add all vegetables and simmer for 45 minutes. Salt & Pepper to taste.
