8-10 ears of corn
1/2 cup water
unsalted butter, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh herbs or green onion, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place corn in slow cooker and pour in 1/3 cup water and salt.
Cook on high for 2 1/2-3 hrs, or until corn is bright yellow and tender.
Use tongs to remove corn and season with salt and pepper, and your choice of butter and fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
