2 slices of bread (or bread crumbs)
7 eggs
2 c. milk
lb. grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sausage
Other spice to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage; set aside. Cut bread into small cubes and place in the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat eggs, milk, and dry mustard and spices in a bowl. Add sausage and cheese. Pour over bread or bread crumbs. Cover and set in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
