1 cup butter
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 2/3 cups flour
red pepper to taste
1/8 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well in mixer.
2. Roll thin and cut into strips or scalloped circles (or pipe onto cookie sheets).
3. Bake in slow oven (275º) until very light brown.

These may be prepared up to a month in advanced if placed in zip lock bags and frozen. Re-crisp in a low oven of 5 minutes.
