2 1/2 Cups Self Rising Flour
1 Cup Chilled Buttermilk
2 Tbsp. Butter- Melted
1/2 Cup Frozen Butter (1 stick)
(sometimes I add 1/2 cup regular milk if dough is too dry)

Grease Skillet with 1 Tbsp. butter- Preheat oven to 425º
Grate frozen butter using large holes of cheese grater. Toss butter and flour in medium bowl. Add buttermilk and stir about 15 times. Roll out on floured surface, with 2 1/2 " cutter*. Bake in iron skillet 15 minutes or until brown. Brush with remaining butter.

*can use a upside down glass as a good cutter, just dip the rim of the glass in flour so it does not stick to dough,
