1 (1 lb., 13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (10 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs, beaten
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple and coconut; add eggs and sugar. Mix well. Sift flour, salt, and soda; add to first mixture. Mix until well blended. Pour into 3 loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
