1 c. oatmeal
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 stick butter (or oleo)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over oatmeal and let soak for 20 minutes. Cream remaining ingredients. Add oatmeal and mix well. Bake in 10"x14" baking pan @ 350 for 30-35 minutes. Top with Oatmeal Cake Icing.
