1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
small red onion sliced thin
1/2 lb bacon fried crisp
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 - 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

I start by cutting my bacon into small pieces and get it frying. Fry crisp.

Break up the broccoli and cauliflower into bit size pieces into a large bowl. Add you sliced onion and bacon.

In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper together until blended well. Pour over the veggies and mix well.

Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. I like it better after it has set overnight.
