Crust
20 graham crackers
1/4 C soft butter
1/4 C sugar

Filling
2 eggs
1 # cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C sugar

Topping
1/2 pint or 1 C sour cream
2 T sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend crust ingredients then press into a pie crust.
Filling: beat eggs at low speed. Add cheese, vanilla and sugar. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cool.
Topping: beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla at low speed. Spread on top. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes. Cool then chill before serving.
Top with berries if desired.
