1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups chopped onions
4 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1 clove chopped celery
1 can tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
2 carrots sliced
8 cups chopped cabbage
1 teaspoon chopped sage
1 can kidney beans
1 medium zucchini chopped
1 cup green beans or peas
1 cup elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pot add onion and celery. Saute until transparent. Add tomato paste, beef broth, carrots, cabbage and sage. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 1 hour. Add kidney beans zucchini, macaroni and green beans.Cook 15 minutes or until macaroni is done.Serve with Parmesan.
