3 cups self rising flour
12 oz beer (any kind you like)
1/3 cup brown sugar
4-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
flax seed or chia seeds optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 & lightly grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray
2.In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt together
3.Slowly pour beer & mix it in with a wooden spoon
4.If using flax or chia seeds fold in & mix until just incorporated
5.Pour batter into loaf pan - place in oven & bake 50-55 minutes or until lightly browned & toothpick inserted comes out clean
6.Remove from oven & cool 10-15 minutes before slicing
