4 zucchini, quartered lengthwise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
sea salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
2 tbsp. virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, thyme, oregano, basil, and garlic powder. Place zucchini on baking sheet, sprayed with Pam. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese and spice mixture and salt and pepper. Bake for 15- 20 minutes, or until tender. May place under broiler for 2 minutes to brown.
Sprinkle with more Parmesan and serve immediately.
