3 cups flour, sifted
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups zucchini
1 8-oz. pineapple
3/4 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour, salt, soda and baking powder into a bowl; set aside. Beat eggs and sugar. Add vanilla and oil; blend well. Add flour mixture. Add pineapple and fold in nuts Put into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured and bake at 350 F. for 1 hour.
