1 package Jimmy Dean Sausage - Sage or Hot
9 inch pie shell
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper (or pimentoes)
2 tablespoons chopped onion
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain well. Sprinkle meat and cheese in the pie shell. Beat eggs and add other ingredients; pour into pie shell.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
