3 cups diced rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons flour
little juice and rind from 1 orange
Pastry for top and bottom of 9-inch pie

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, eggs, flour and butter; mix in rhubarb & orange rind. Pour into pastry and cover with pastry strips.

Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven.
