1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded chedder cheese
1 stick butter melted
1 stack Ritz crackers crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple saving 3 tbsp juice.
Combine sugar and flour, add cheese, pineapple and pineapple juice. Mix well. Pour in 8 by 8 casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle on top.Bake for 30 min at 350.or until brown. Do not over cook.
