1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 package (6oz) white baking bars
1 jar (13 1/2 oz) macadamia nuts
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat brown sugar, sugar, margarine, shorting and vanilla until fluffy. Add egg, salt and flour. mix well then chop baking bars into small pieces and nuts add to mixture and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoon on cookie sheet about 2" apart
Bake at 350º for 10 -12 minutes
