1 3/4 cups nonfat dry milk
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup powdered fat-free nondairy creamer
1/3 cup sifted unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups miniature marshmallows
additional miniature marshmallows(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
For mix, in a medium bowl combine dry milk powder,powdered sugar,nondairy creamer, and cocoa powder.Stir in 2 cups miniature marshmallows.Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.

For each serving add 1/3 cup of the cocoa mix in a mug.Add boiling water.stir well.if desired top with additional marshmallows.
