1 box chicken rice -a- roni cooked as directed using only 1/2 of the butter. Cool
2 baked chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
2 jars artichoke hearts (save marinade)
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup green pepper
6 chopped green onion
12 green olives.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Mix 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, marinade from artichoke hearts. Mix into salad and refrigerate.
