2 fryer chickens (3 lbs each) cooked and shredded
1 lg onion, chopped
2 c water
1 1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 tsp each - salt, celery seed and chili powder
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
Hamburger buns

Directions:
In 3 qt slow cooker combine all ingredients except buns. Mix well. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours or can simmer for 1 1/2 hours on stove top. Serve on buns
