No-Bake Cookies:

2 C. Sugar, 1/2 C. Butter,
1/2 C. Milk, 1/4 C. Cocoa.
Heat until melted, then add:
1/2 C. Peanut Butter, 1tsp. Vanilla, 3 C. rolled Oats and 1 C. or less of
chopped Nuts. Drop on wax paper till cool.

DERBY PIES:

4 beaten Eggs, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1 stick Butter, 1 C. chopped Pecans, 1 C. Corn Syrup, 1 C. White Sugar, 1/2 - 3/4 C. Chocolate Chips.

Mix eggs, sugar & syrup well. Melt butter & add to mixture. Add vanilla, chocolate chips & pecans. Pour into baking pie shells (makes 2 pies)
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

PECAN PIE:
1 C. dark Syrup, 3 T. Margarine, 3 well beaten Eggs, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1/2 C. Sugar, 1 C. Pecans. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add pecans. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 for 40-50 min. Serves 8.
