1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 stick margarine
Fruit of your choice (about 1 1/2 cups)
I used a small can peaches, drained.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except butter. Melt margarine and pour in batter. Add fruit to center. Bake at 350 F.
