1 3/4 c flour
3/4 c butter
1 1/3 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c raspberry preserves
2 eggs-beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c walnuts-finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
mix 1 1/2 c flour, butter, 1/3 c brown sugar w/mixer @ med. speed, just until crumbly.
press mixture into bottom of ungreased 9x13 baking pan.
bake @ 350* for 18-20 min. remove from oven and immediately spread preserves over baked layer. DO NOT COOL!
mix remaining flour and brown sugar, eggs, salt and baking soda.
spread over raspberry layer. sprinkle w/walnuts.
bake @ 350* for 18-20 min. let cool completely and dust w/powdered sugar.
cut into squares
