1 1/2 cups butter
2 tbsp. lemon extract
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
3/4 cup 7 up

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter; beat until light. Add eggs one at a time; beat well. Add flour. Beat in lemon extract and 7 up. Bake in tube pan at 325 F. for 1 hr. and 15 minutes.
