1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion - chopped
16 oz. carton Sour Cream
16 oz. shredded cheddar or Co-jack cheese
1 pkg. Extra-wide egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat. Add onion and sauté until tender.
Drain fat off of hamburger and onion. Add sour cream to hamburger and onion. Set aside. Boil noodles in boiling water and drain.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9 x 13 Pyrex casserole dish and
layer 1/2 noodles, hamburger mixture and grated cheese.
Repeat layers ending with grated cheese.
Heat in oven for 30 minutes until heated through and 'bubbly.

This casserole is one that won the heart of my college sweetheart named Jimmy Grinnan! Served him this in college and he knew I would always feed him well. This was the beginning of a LONG and HAPPY LOVE AFFAIR!!!!!!
