4 c. sliced fresh peaches
2 T. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
3 T. corn starch
1 T. butter
dash salt
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle sliced peaches with lemon juice and sugar. Let stand
11/2 hours in refrigerator. Drain to get 1 cup of syrup. Add
cornstarch to syrup and stir over low heat until thickened. Take
off heat and add butter, salt and almond flavoring. Cool. Put
peaches on crust and pour mixture on top and chill. Add whip
cream and serve.
