6-8 boneless Sirloin Pork Chops
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. oil
3 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
5 -6 potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced thin in rings

Directions:

In large ziploc bag combine flour & pepper. Shake chops in flour mixture to coat. Brown coated chops on both sides in a skillet with oil over medium heat. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and water with a whisk. Pour a small amount of soup mixture on the bottom of a round roasting pan. Then layer browned chops, sliced potatoes, sliced onions, and pour remaining soup mixture over the top. Put on a lid and cook at 350 degrees for about 3-4 hours. Pork chops with be tender and fall apart with a fork.
