1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
1 tbsp butter
12 bacon slices
1/4 pound natural swiss cheese
4 eggs
2 cups of heavy cream
3/4 teas salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 425. spread pie crust with butter.
In medium skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels; crumble. Sprinkle
bacon and cheese in piecrust.

In medium bowl, with hand beater, beat eggs with remaining ingredients; pour into crust. Bake
15 minutes then lower temp to 325 bake 40 more minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out
clean. Remove from oven and let stand 10 min
then serve
