1 (8 oz. can) mild green chilies, drained & stemmed
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, coursely grated
12 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. sour cream
Salt 7 Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Butter a 13 x 9 baking dish
Arrange a layer of cut chiles in half lengthwise and seeds removed...can use diced mild green chiles.
Cover with grated cheese.
In bowl, whisk eggs with sour cream until well blended....season with salt and pepper and pour over cheese, smooth on top and bake in center of oven until golden brown for about 50-60 minutes.
Serve with some salsa, sour cream and guacamole!
