4 lbs. potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
2 med onions, sliced thinly
salt
pepper
milk
flour
1 stick butter
onion powder
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Put one layer of potatoe slices on bottom and top with sliced onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper, onion and garlic powders, a tsp. of flour and 1/4 c. milk. Repeat layers till all potatoes and onions are used. Top with cheddar cheese and bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes.
