Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. Turkey Ground Meat
2 eggs beaten
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 c. Toasted bread crumbs (make them like flour)
1 small can Tomato sauce
1 small can Pet milk
salt and pepper

***i added a little salsa, dash of liquid smoke, some oregano, 1/2 orange pepper chopped, and 2 sticks of chopped celery

Directions:

Mix all together
Spray loaf pan with Pam
Spread meat mixture in pan
Bake at 350 degrees 1 - 2 hours
Check it after an hour
Bake covered with foil

I don't like many meatloafs, but this one is good. I saw in a magazine where it is fun to make mini loafs in muffin tins. ;)
