1 qt fresh strawberries
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 c sugar (scant)
1 c cold water
2 Tbsp corn syrup
2 Tbsp strawberry gelatin
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and corn syrup and cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Then cook a couple minutes more. While still hot add the strawberry gelatin. Cool slightly and then combine with the strawberries and put into a baked pie shell. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
