5 baking potatoes
vegetable oil spray
2 large egg whites
1 tablespoon cajun spice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into french fry size. Leave the peelings on; they're healthier that way. Mix the potatoes with the egg whites and cajun sices.

Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil. Coat well. Place potatoes on the baking sheet and spray with three coats of vegetable spray.

Bake 45 minutes in 400 degree oven.
