1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
40 mini Reece's Peanut Butter cups
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugars and peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Roll into little balls and place into greased mini muffin pan. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. While still hot press the Reece's cups into the middle of the cookies. Let cool before removing from the pan.
