1 package corn muffin mix
1 cup sifted flour
1 egg
milk or water required on mix -- add 1/4 cup more

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and bake in greased loaf pan 35 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees; cut back to 375 degrees for baking.
