1/2 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Water
3/4 c. Lard
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3 eggs
4 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. All Spice
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Boil Raisins and Water for 5 minutes. Combine Lard and Sugar and Cream. Add Eggs to the Cream. Sift together remaining ingredients. Mix slowly the wet ingredients into the dry. Add raisin mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
