Ingredients:  
1 - 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
6 slices of white bread, toasted lightly
1 stick of butter melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and pour over diced bread. Beat eggs well and add sugar. Mix together and pour over pineapple in a buttered baking dish.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Virginia lives across the street from us and brought us lots of good dishes when Mom & Dad were staying with us in Arlington. This is one of them.
