1/2 cup shortening 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup sour cream 3 mashed bananas
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Mash 3 bananas adding 1/4 cup sour cream. Mix flour mixture, bananas and sour cream alternately with first mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 13 x 9 greased & floured pan.
