2 Graham cracker pie shells
3-4 bananas sliced
2 boxes vanilla pudding mix (instant)
1 box flaked coconut

Topping:
4 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
Cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bananas and arrange on bottom of pie shells.

Make vanilla pudding according to package directions. Pour mixture over sliced bananas.

Next make meringue topping by using 4 egg whites. Place in a mixing bowl. Add 1 pinch cream of tartar. Start beating slowly and add 1/2 cup sugar. Continue to beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

Cover pie with meringue and put on broil until brown on top.

Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
