4 tablespoons meat drippings OR
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 1/2 cups cold cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the desired grease in a skillet using medium heat.
When it's hot, saute the celery, onions, & bell peppers until the onions are translucent.
Add the soy sauce, rice and salt & pepper; heat through.
