Springmix lettuce
dried cranberries
strawberries, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges
goat cheese
toasted pecans
Ken's Raspberry Pecan Light Dressing

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and toss with dressing.

I substitute feta cheese for the goat cheese, then it doesn't smell like Zappa.
