1 package frozen spinach
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vinegar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spinach with the onion. Melt the butter, add the drained spinach, salt & pepper & sour cream. Stir in the vinegar & serve.
