6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 cup butter
1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 - 4 oz. package blue cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons Worchester sauce
1 large clove garlic, crushed
chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in butter in a large skillet. Transfer chicken to a 13 x 9 baking dish.

Combine sour cream, blue cheese, Worchester sauce, and garlic in small mixing bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture over chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove chicken to serving platter; sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Kathy's husband was CO when Tony was XO on the Hammerhead. We lived next to each other on Mare Island. Kathy was a great cook and loved to cook interesting things for me like chicken gizzards. Once she prepared fried rattlesnake that she had killed in her yard earlier in the day! It wasn't bad but didn't make the cookbook!
