4 deboned chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
3 medium onions, quartered
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
flour
salt & pepper
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
pinch of thyme and tarrigon
little garlic (optional)
1/2 cup white vermouth
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour, salt & pepper in plastic baggie. Toss chicken strips in the flour.

Brown the floured chicken in butter, add onions and mushrooms. Add in curry, spices, and vermouth and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add in cream and salt and pepper to taste. When thick, serve over rice.
