3/4 cup sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup dark seedless raisins
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil

Optional supplements:

cup of any of the following or a combination of several sunflower seeds, wheat germ, sesame seeds, dry milk powder. If supplements are used add 3 eggs instead of 2.

1. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. To the flour mixture add the oats and raisins.
3. Combine eggs, milk and oil and add to the dry ingredients mixing lightly with a fork only until moistened.
4. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
