Large thick fish filets
lemon-pepper
Buttermilk
Potato chips (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 450%.Crush potato chips,( I use a large ziplock bag, and a rolling pin).This works well for me. Cut fish filets into strips 1 1/2 inch thick,( like chicken fingers).Put lemon pepper on all sides of each piece of fish,dip in buttermilk.Roll in crushed potato chips.Place on foil lined,pam sprayed baking sheet.Spray tops of fish ( I use butter flavored spray).Bake at 450% for 20 minutes.
