1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake mix
4 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cups water
2 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
1 no. 2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 medium container Cool Whip
Maraschino cherries or fresh strawberries (cut in half) for garnishment.

Directions:

Beat eggs and water. Add cake mix, 1 box instant pudding and oil, beating about 2 min. Add vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 325 F. about 50 min. or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool and pour pineapple with juice over top of baked cake.

Topping:
Cream together pudding, milk and cream cheese. Spread over pineapple and top with cool whip. Garnish with rows of cherries or strawberries (about 4 across in a row).
